Welcome to my site! My name is Aidan Long and I currently reside in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I am proficient in both 2D and 3D animation using industry standard software such as Toonboom Harmony and Autodesk Maya. I am constantly learning and applying skills developed in each medium, that in turn, strengthen my animation abilities. 

 

I have had the pleasure to be able to work as a character animator on projects such as Netflix's "Inside Job", Nickelodeon's "The Loud House" as well as Industrial Brothers' "Dino Ranch"

Animation has been a long time passion of mine. I have always been particularly drawn to cartoons. My animation journey began humbly with a yellow sticky note flip book in grade school, sparking my interest, which only grew from there. I began experimenting with various software packages through high school and middle school knowing, from an early age, that animation is what I would pursue as a career.  In my spare time I find myself producing music using keyboards and different software, as well as writing scripts for animation.
